I made the reservations on line a week early, called in and they corrected them to a non-smoking room and received an e-mail with confirmation. We drove 600 plus miles and went to check in on 29th and they did not have any reservations for us. I showed the email confirmation and she said that I was lucky that they still had a room and it was a cheaper room. I told her that I had a email confirmation and that should mean I have a room. I did all the right things but only because I was lucky did I have a room! It was an unpleasant situation and I wouldn't want to experience it again.

We were very late in our travel plans and they would not let us cancel because we missed the cutoff by 15 minutes. So we drove there anyway. Got there and did not like the common areas at all. did not feel comfortable staying there and left.

The unit was reasonably large and fairly quiet with convenient amenities like a microwave oven and a refrigerator. It was comfortable and located near beaches, shopping, entertainment, and stores in a nice area.
